STEP ONE - FREE In Home Assessment
For large projects a project manager will have an initial meeting with homeowners, we verify the main points of the project and establish budgets first, before arranging for material selections and styles. This method ensures that you, as the home-owner, are working towards a budget, instead of planning towards an open ended and costly renovation. an entire detailed description of the project must be completed so as to porvide you with a firm quotation of a project, however we will give you an idea of the sort of renovation you'll expect given your budget.
STEP TWO - FIRM Price Quotation
Once a budget has been established, working drawings are complete (if required), and specifications commenced for the scope of work. Complete Home can provide you with a FIRM price quotation that will embody all aspects of the renovation. We will additionally provide a clear and concise written contract, that explains the obligations of both Complete Home and you as the home-owner i.e. payments, orders, guarantees, and other assurances.
STEP THREE - Project Planning
After all the main points of work are determined, and a FIRM PRICE quotation has been accepted, planning for your project begins: materials are ordered, building trades are scheduled, and permits are obtained. This stage is crucial and needs great effort by ALL parties, as a delayed or improperly selected material often cause major delays during renovations, at considerable exspense.
STEP FOUR - Rough-in Work Begins
Prior to the commencement of any work, we will prepare your home for construction. Temporary partitions will be set up (if required), floors are protected, and tools will be placed in a pre determined location. Work then begins with demolition. As well, preparations are made for rough-in construction work such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and rough carpentry. Progress payments for work are distributed as set out within the quotation.
STEP FIVE - Finishing Work Begins
Once the foundation has been set for finishing work, and all rough in construction has been completed, the pleasing elements of your project can begin to come together: finishing carpentry, flooring, painting, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, etc. Again, progress payments for work are distributed as set out within the quotation.
STEP SIX - Completion
After the construction of your project is complete, you'll be asked to review the work and give final approval and payments as set out in your contract. we'll then inform you of any regular maintenance needed to safeguard your investment.
